Terms of Service (ToS)

Version 2026-02-02 - NiceHub

This document is provided for product information purposes and will evolve. For any questions: support@nicehub.app.

1. Purpose & Scope

NiceHub provides a B2B marketplace and connection platform between licensed private hire chauffeurs (“Drivers”) to list, accept, and fulfill booked rides, complete with instant notifications, in-app wallet, and dispute resolution workflows.

NiceHub is not a transportation provider, does not employ Drivers, and makes no commitment or guarantee regarding ride volumes.

2. Access & Eligibility

Access to the platform is strictly restricted to licensed, professional drivers. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all legal, tax, social security, and professional insurance requirements (e.g. Professional Liability Insurance / RC Pro), as well as the validity of all uploaded documentation.

NiceHub reserves the right to conduct regulatory compliance checks prior to full account activation. The Driver warrants the authenticity, accuracy, and validity of all submitted documents. In the event of missing, expired, or non-compliant documents, platform access may be restricted or suspended until rectified, without NiceHub being liable for any resulting direct or indirect damages.

3. Anonymity & Confidentiality

By default, the driver interface enforces strict inter-driver operational privacy: a Performer driver cannot access the identity or direct contact details of the Dispatcher driver, and vice-versa. NiceHub administrators maintain access exclusively for safety, compliance, support, and anti-fraud monitoring.

4. Rides (Publishing & Acceptance)

The Dispatcher lists a ride with all required specifications (route, vehicle class, price, passenger details). The Performer driver may accept an available ride provided it is open and the scheduled pickup time has not elapsed.

NiceHub reserves the right to unpublish a ride listing or restrict access in cases of operational risk, fraud, or non-compliance.

5. Orphan Rides

Any ride that remains unassigned after its scheduled pickup time (“orphan ride”) is automatically removed from available feeds and can no longer be accepted.

6. Platform Commissions, Bonuses & Wallet

NiceHub may apply a platform commission and a dispatcher bonus in accordance with the pricing model in effect. Commission and bonus rates are fixed and recorded at the exact moment of ride listing.

The in-app wallet tracks internal transactions and balances. In case of disputes or adjustments, a negative balance may occur and can result in temporary account restrictions until settled.

6.1 Referral Program

NiceHub may provide a referral program granting rewards to both referrer and referee subject to eligibility criteria (including successful Stripe Connect account activation by the referee).

Referral rewards are platform usage credits. They are non-convertible to cash and cannot be withdrawn directly to a personal bank account. They may only be used within the NiceHub ecosystem (commissions, security reserves, etc.). NiceHub reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time.

7. Disputes & Arbitration

A dispute may be raised within 24 hours of ride completion. NiceHub provides dedicated resolution tooling and platform administrators may arbitrate unresolved claims based on platform operating guidelines.

8. Notifications

NiceHub may deliver in-app alerts, transactional emails, and push notifications (subject to browser and device compatibility). You are responsible for enabling and maintaining necessary permissions on your device.

9. Modifications to Terms

NiceHub reserves the right to update and amend these Terms of Service. Major updates may require renewed user acknowledgement and acceptance before resuming service access.
