NiceHub is committed to protecting the privacy of its web and mobile platform users in full compliance with GDPR and Google API Services security standards. For any questions: privacy@nicehub.app.

1. Data Controller

NiceHub operates the “NiceHub” and “NiceHub Driver” web and mobile professional B2B platform.

2. Collected Data

Depending on your usage of our services, we collect and process:

  • Account & Identity: Email address, user identifier, first and last name, profile picture (obtained via Google OAuth or Supabase Auth), professional role (driver, partner, distributor, admin).
  • Driver & Vehicle Verification: Professional phone number, driver's license, official VTC card issued by the Prefecture, company registration (KBIS / SIREN), vehicle make, model, capacity, and license plate.
  • Ride & Operations Data: Pickup and dropoff locations, flight numbers, scheduled dates/times, agreed pricing, luggage and passenger counts, dispatch and assignment history.
  • Technical & Diagnostic Logs: IP address, access timestamps, device model, operating system version, push notification tokens (FCM/APNS), and session authentication tokens.

3. Google User Data & Limited Use Policy Compliance

When you sign in using “Sign in with Google” (Google OAuth), NiceHub requests access solely to your basic profile information: your name, primary email address, and profile picture avatar.

  • Sole Purpose: We access Google data exclusively to authenticate your identity, create or log in to your professional NiceHub Driver profile, and display your name and avatar to you.
  • No Advertising or Sale: We never sell, rent, or transfer Google user data to third parties, data brokers, or advertising platforms.
  • No AI Training on Personal Data: Your Google account information is never used to train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
  • Limited Use Disclosure: NiceHub's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4. Purposes of Processing

  • Operating the professional dispatch network and ride management between licensed drivers.
  • Securing platform access, verifying driver credentials, and preventing fraudulent accounts.
  • Processing payments, commission splits, wallet balances, and generating compliant invoices.
  • Sending essential transaction notifications and operational alerts (via email and push).
  • Maintaining service availability, performance analytics, and technical bug resolution.

5. Legal Basis (GDPR)

  • Contractual necessity (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) for delivering platform services.
  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR) for anti-fraud measures and infrastructure security.
  • Legal obligations (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR) for statutory accounting, tax, and transport regulations.
  • Consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) where explicitly requested (e.g. push notification alerts).

6. Third-Party Service Providers

Personal data is shared strictly on a need-to-know basis with trusted enterprise technical partners:

  • Authentication & Database: Supabase Inc. (encrypted storage and session management).
  • Payment Processing: Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payments).
  • Mapping & Geocoding: Google Maps Platform (address resolution, route calculations).
  • Cloud Hosting: Vercel Inc. and AWS (secure EU data centers).

7. Data Retention & Account Deletion

We retain your data only for as long as your account remains active or as required by statutory French/EU commercial law.

You may request complete account deletion at any time directly through the app settings or via our dedicated portal at nicehub.app/legal/delete-account, or by sending an email to privacy@nicehub.app. Upon deletion, all personal data is permanently purged or irreversibly anonymized within 30 days.

8. Your Rights (GDPR)

Under GDPR Articles 15 to 22, you have the right to access, rectify, port, restrict, oppose, or delete your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at: privacy@nicehub.app.

9. Policy Updates

Any material updates to this policy will be announced on the platform with an updated revision date.
