Who is NiceHub for?
Professional VTC drivers (B2B) operating on the French Riviera and in Paris / Île-de-France. There are no end customers on NiceHub. Rides are exchanged between professionals.
Do I need a specific vehicle type to sign up?
No. You must be a professional VTC driver (valid VTC card, up-to-date documents) and declare your category: eco/business/first sedan, van, electric, business SUV, etc. Each ride shows the required category, so you only accept rides that match your vehicle. You can register multiple vehicles in your garage.
What contribution does NiceHub charge?
The new NiceHub model is fixed: €1 for the executing chauffeur and €1 for the ride publisher, only when the ride is completed. Sign-up and the Basic plan remain free.
Is the contribution negotiable or fixed?
It is fixed and readable. The ride price stays visible before acceptance, and the platform contribution applies only when the ride is actually completed.
What is an "orphan ride"?
A ride a publisher cannot fulfill (scheduling, vehicle, timing). It is published so another driver (executor) can accept and run it.
Why anonymity between drivers?
To keep operations professional and reduce friction. Publisher and executor do not see each other (except admin), but admin can audit and resolve disputes.
What is the difference between Basic, Pro, and Elite?
Today, all drivers in the network start on Basic (free). Pro and Elite remain product options for later, depending on the advanced features useful to your activity. See Pricing for details.
What payment methods exist?
Depending on the ride: cash, card, or prepaid. Contribution, wallet and solvency rules are handled by the platform.
What happens in case of a dispute?
A dispute can be opened within 24 hours after completion. Admin arbitrates according to the rules (refund / reinvoicing).
Is NiceHub available outside the French Riviera?
NiceHub is active on the French Riviera (Nice, Cannes, Monaco, Antibes, Saint-Tropez…) and expanding in Paris / Île-de-France. The focus is solid local execution before wider expansion.
